Responsibilities
- •Simplify user flows: Audit the current product, remove unnecessary steps and clutter, and redesign key flows so users get their work done faster.
- •Track competitors: Keep an up-to-date view of competitors' products, find UX patterns that work well, and quickly bring the best ideas into our product.
- •Work with developers: Hand off clear, developer-ready specs (wireframes, prototypes, design guidelines) and work closely with engineering during implementation.
- •Keep improving: Gather client feedback through interviews, usability tests, and analytics, and use it to refine the design over time.
Required Skills
Proven experience redesigning or simplifying a complex, feature-heavy product. Please include a portfolio with before/after examples.Strong skills in user research, information architecture, and interaction design.Proficiency in Figma or similar tools.Clear communicator who works well with developers and clients.Experience with B2B SaaS or operations/compliance software.Familiarity with truck compliance systems.
