Driver Recruiter

Responsibilities

• •Post ads on driver job boards and recruit CDL drivers via phone, cold outreach, and referrals.
• •Conduct phone screens to evaluate CDL history, driving experience, and pay expectations
• •Verify CDL validity, MVR, PSP reports, Clearinghouse status, and medical cards
• •Schedule drug screens, background checks, road tests, and orientation sessions
