Responsibilities

• •Source and negotiate dry van freight directly with street brokers
• •Communicate with drivers throughout their trips regarding schedules, delays, and route changes
• •Build and maintain relationships with brokers to secure consistent, well-paying dry van freight
• •Plan, assign, and monitor routes for OTR drivers to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery
