Responsibilities
- •Conduct outbound calls and outreach to US-based business/fleet owners to generate lead pipelines and present acquisition offers. • Evaluate basic company background, FMCSA safety metrics, and compliance records during initial conversations (training provided). • Negotiate terms, handle objections, and assist in closing onboarding/transfer deals. • Maintain accurate records of lead statuses and communication in the CRM system.
- • English Level: IELTS Speaking 6.0+ (fluent conversational English is a must).
- •Shift: 19:00 – 03:00 (Night Shift / US Business Hours)
