Responsibilities
- • Primary safety contact for carrier clients: FMCSA, DOT, and state compliance, audit prep, HOS/ELD monitoring via Samsara
- • CSA/SMS monitoring, inspections and crash reports, DataQs/CPDP challenges
- • DQ files and expirations (CDLs, medical cards, PSPs, MVRs), drug/alcohol testing, Clearinghouse queries
- • IRP, IFTA, UCR, MCS-150, weight/mileage tax filings, state permits
- • Accident documentation, cargo/physical damage/liability claims, coordination with insurers and TPAs, citation support
