- •Find and book suitable freight for drivers and owner-operators. Use load boards such as DAT to identify strong opportunities. Communicate and negotiate with brokers. Monitor freight markets and changing lane conditions. Coordinate with drivers and operations. Maintain accurate load information and follow up on service issues.
