Responsibilities
- •Broker Claims & Disputes: Resolve short pays, chargebacks, and broker claim disputes to recover full payments.
- •Billing & Invoicing: Process dispatcher billings from RateCons and issue accurate invoices.
- •Driver statements: Calculate driver pay, fuel/fee deductions, and weekly settlements
- •Factoring Operations: Submit invoices, track aging reports, and handle batch reconciliations
- •Financial Oversight: Track and report all company income and operational expenses (Incomes & Outcomes).
Required Skills
Proven experience in trucking/logistics billing or accounting.Solid understanding of broker processes, factoring, and freight docs.Proficiency in financial tracking tools (Excel, TMS, or QuickBooks).Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and attention to detail.
