Responsibilities
- •Manage the trailer management team and daily operations
- •Oversee trailer allocation, availability, and utilization
- •Monitor trailer locations, condition, maintenance, and repairs
- •Coordinate with Fleet, Dispatch, Safety, Accounting, drivers, and brokers
- •Monitor team performance and operational KPIs
- •Improve trailer management processes and operational efficiency
- •Control trailer-related expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Required Skills
Proven experience in a managerial or team-lead positionStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressureStrong knowledge of trailer operations, maintenance, and U.S. trucking standards
