Responsibilities

• •Proven experience in dispatching street loads, with an established network of brokers and direct contacts. Strong knowledge of working with major brokers and have connections with brokers, including TQL, RXO, JB HUNT, RWB, Schneider, C.H. Robinson, and others. Ability to establish new broker relationships, negotiate rates, and secure profitable loads. Experience dispatching Power Only (PO) and Dry Van loads. Fluent English communication skills. Strong experience using DAT load board only. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a focus on maximizing truck utilization and profitability.
