Responsibilities
- •Controlling OTP/OTD
- •Instructing the carriers about safety protocols
- •Communication in a timely manner
- •Making sure that the BOL / POD is exactly what needed, checking for the extra notes
- •Making sure that the carrier always provides dropped & hooked trailer pictures for the report
- •Keeping in touch with management in case of any emergencies
