Responsibilities

• •Find suitable loads and negotiate rates with brokers.
• •Plan routes and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments.
• •Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers throughout each shipment.
• •Track loads and resolve delays or other operational issues.
• •Check rate confirmations, BOLs, and PODs for accuracy.
• •- Maintain accurate load records and monitor driver revenue.
