- •Lead full-cycle recruitment of qualified CDL drivers.
- •Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- •Conduct screenings, interviews, and verify driver qualifications and DOT compliance.
- •Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- •Train, coach, and mentor junior Driver Recruiters.
