Responsibilities
- •Assist senior dispatchers with daily dispatch and load operations.
- •Monitor active loads, driver locations, ETAs, pickups, and deliveries.
- •Communicate with drivers and provide dispatch instructions and updates.
- •Communicate with brokers regarding load status, delays, appointments, and documents.
- •Upload and manage required documents such as PODs, BOLs, and receipts.
- •Identify operational issues, follow up on routine matters, and escalate important issues to senior dispatchers.
Required Skills
At least 3 - 6 months of experience in a logistics, dispatch, or customer service environment preferredComfortable handling calls, messages, and data entry in a high-paced setting
