Responsibilities
- •Find and recruit CDL A drivers. Call, message, and screen candidates. Explain pay, routes, and requirements. Verify driver documents and qualifications. Schedule interviews and onboarding. Update CRM/ATS records. Follow up with candidates. Coordinate with HR and Safety. Meet daily/weekly recruiting targets. Maintain a strong driver pipeline.
