Responsibilities
- •Manage and supervise the Updaters team and shift schedules
- •Ensure 24/7 monitoring and accurate shipment status updates
- •Monitor loads through TMS, GPS and tracking systems
- •Control check calls and communication with drivers
- •Identify and escalate delays and operational issues
- •Train and develop Updaters
- •Improve tracking processes and team performance
Required Skills
