Driver Package and Fleet Equipment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• •Order, activate, track, and distribute PrePass and E-ZPass devices.
• •Mail license plates, registration documents, and other fleet materials to drivers.
• •Coordinate the entire shipping process from preparation through confirmed delivery.
• •Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records for packages, plates, and toll devices.
• •Proactively identify missing items or delays and resolve them without needing constant reminders.
