• •Safety Manager — Martian Express Co. We're hiring a Safety Manager to lead our Safety and Risk teams. You'll keep our drivers and trucks fully FMCSA-compliant and our CSA scores below intervention thresholds. What you'll do Lead the Safety Specialist and the Risk Specialists Approve driver hiring decisions and keep every Driver Qualification File complete Monitor CSA/SMS scores Run the DOT drug and alcohol testing program, including random and post-accident testing Manage accident response, insurance claims and DOT audits Oversee real-time Samsara monitoring and the driver discipline process Oversee IFTA, Form 2290, permits and state mileage tax reports Requirements 3+ years in trucking safety or compliance, including 1+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations (49 CFR Parts 382, 391, 395 and 396), CSA, the Clearinghouse and DataQs Proven experience with accident management, insurance claims and DOT audits Hands-on experience with Samsara, Ditat and Tenstreet, or similar systems Calm, decisive and data-driven, with accurate documentation Fluent English
