Responsibilities
- •Coordinate emergency roadside assistance and repair services for trucks and trailers. Monitor vehicle breakdowns and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime. Communicate with drivers, repair shops, and vendors to track repair progress and provide updates. Schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and follow up on completed repairs. Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair invoices, and fleet service documentation.
