Responsibilities
- •Monitor fuel card transactions and verify fuel purchases
- •Detect suspicious, unauthorized, or unusual fuel activity
- •Track fuel consumption, MPG, and idle time across the fleet
- •Plan cost-effective fuel stops and help drivers use discounted fuel networks
- •Communicate with drivers about fuel policy and purchase issues
- •Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fuel reports
- •Assist with IFTA fuel tax data and reporting
- •Identify trends and suggest ways to reduce fuel expenses
Required Skills
Strong English (B2 or higher), written and spokenExcellent attention to detail and analytical thinkingConfident with numbers and dataGood knowledge of Excel / Google SheetsClear and polite communicationOrganized, reliable, and able to meet reporting deadlinesExperience with fuel cards (EFS, Comdata, WEX) or telematics systems (Samsara, Motive) is a plusKnowledge of US trucking and IFTA is a plus
