Responsibilities

• • Post ads on driver job boards and recruit CDL drivers via phone, cold outreach, and referrals.
• •Conduct phone screens to evaluate CDL history, driving experience, and pay expectations.
• •Verify CDL validity, MVR (Motor Vehicle Records), PSP reports, Clearinghouse status, and medical cards.
• •Schedule drug screens, background checks, road tests, and orientation sessions.
