Responsibilities
- •Recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers (Company Drivers and Owner Operators)
- •Post job advertisements and generate driver leads
- •Contact applicants and conduct initial interviews
- •Verify CDL, driving experience, and basic eligibility requirements
- •Explain pay structure, routes, equipment, and company policies
- •Coordinate driver onboarding with the Safety department
- •Meet weekly and monthly driver recruitment targets
- •Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
