Fleet Specialist

Responsibilities

• •Schedule services, inspections, and repairs; follow up with shops to minimize downtime.
• •Review repair invoices, fuel expenses, tolls, and truck and trailer rental charges for errors or unnecessary costs.
• •Work with rental providers, dealerships, repair shops, towing companies, and roadside assistance.
• •Handle equipment problems, breakdowns, and maintenance requests promptly.
• •Track equipment assignments, mileage, service history, registrations, warranties, and rental return dates.
• • CDL, diesel maintenance background, and experience working with Ryder or Penske rental fleets.
