Senior Driver Recruiter

Responsibilities

• •* Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified CDL drivers. * Source drivers through leads, job boards, recruiters, and referrals. * Conduct calls, interviews, and qualification checks. * Manage the full onboarding process and driver follow-up. * Build and maintain strong driver relationships. * Train and monitor junior recruiters. * Manage recruiter performance and improve hiring results. * 3+ years of CDL recruiting experience preferred.
